The operators of Servant Air began operations in the spring of 2003 with a single Cessna 207 offering on-demand air charters from Kodiak city to the outlying villages as PAKLOOK Air. Cessna N1750U aka the“Green Hornet" was well received by the local villagers and travelers.

While building their customer base during the first year, there was a noticeable desire from the passengers for a scheduled service. The operators acquired Servant Air, Inc., which was based in Fairbanks Alaska. Servant Air Inc. is certified for scheduled services as well as transportation of the United States mail throughout the state of Alaska. The company was relocated to Kodiak after being acquired to meet the needs of the Kodiak Island villages.
