Baggage
| Each passenger is limited to 50# baggage. All excess baggage will be charged at the freight rates listed for your destination. |
Van Service
| Servant Air provides free package pickup and delivery between 9:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. daily based on van availbility. Any other requested pickup or delivery will be charged $10.00 rush fee per stop. |
Bulk Items
| -oversized items or single item over 80 pounds will incurr an additional $.30 per pound handling fee. |
Hazmat
| - a handling/paperwork fee of $25.00 will be charged on all hazardous materials presented for transport; All hazardous Materials MUST be properly packaged for shipment, and Declared, in accordance with CFR 49 prior to acceptance by Servant Air, Inc. |
Cancellations
| ANY CANCELLATION WITH LESS THAN 12 HOURS NOTICE WILL BE CHARGED A 50% CANCELLATION FEE. |
Fuel Surcharge
| ALL CHARTERS AND SEAT FARES WILL BE CHARGED A 10% FUEL SURCHARGE. |
